George Jiruska
CEO & Chief Product Officer
George Jiruska is the driving force behind the RoundRight Monitoring System, leading innovation in behavioral health technology. A graduate of Lehigh University with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Finance, he began his career as a technology consultant at IBM before transitioning into healthcare leadership. While overseeing multiple residential treatment centers and serving as CEO of an inpatient psychiatric hospital, George witnessed firsthand how ineffective rounding systems compromised patient care. Determined to find a better solution, he developed RoundRight to improve patient monitoring safety, efficiency, and accountability. Since joining RoundRight full-time in April 2022, he has been dedicated to transforming behavioral healthcare through technology-driven solutions.

With over 30 years of experience leading complex initiatives across multiple industries, Jeff Elliott specializes in integrating people, technology, and processes to drive operational efficiency and innovation. His expertise spans utilities, technology, and operational transformation, where he has successfully managed large-scale projects that optimize performance and improve outcomes. As a co-founder of RoundRight, Jeff applies his strategic vision and leadership to revolutionizing patient rounding in behavioral health. Arris Veronie is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with a distinguished career spanning four decades in senior leadership across investor-owned, private, and academic healthcare organizations. With extensive financial and operational leadership expertise, he has successfully guided hospitals and healthcare enterprises through strategic growth, operational efficiencies, and improved patient outcomes. Throughout his career, Mr. Veronie has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for prominent healthcare organizations, leading large-scale hospital systems, specialty care providers, and nationwide healthcare networks. His leadership has driven significant business success, financial performance, and service expansion in behavioral health, post-acute care, and advanced medical services. A strategic and results-driven leader, he has played a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance, fostering innovation, and implementing transformative initiatives that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
