Habib Quazi brings more than 25 years of deep experience guiding innovation and transformation at the highest levels. Before joining RoundRight, he held leadership roles at large global enterprises where he shaped strategies around innovation, operational transformation, and business growth. At RoundRight, Habib’s vision is to blend his corporate expertise with a human-focused mission: to elevate the standard of care through smarter, more efficient patient-rounding solutions. He leads with a commitment to building scalable, technology-driven operations — ensuring that RoundRight not only delivers powerful tools, but does so in a way that supports real people: clinicians, staff, and patients alike. Under Habib’s leadership, RoundRight will focus on expanding its impact — refining workflows, enhancing the user experience, and staying true to its purpose of improving behavioral health outcomes. His track record of aligning technology, process, and people positions RoundRight to grow strategically and sustainably.
George Jiruska
Chief Product Officer
George Jiruska is the driving force behind the RoundRight Monitoring System, leading innovation in behavioral health technology. A graduate of Lehigh University with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Finance, he began his career as a technology consultant at IBM before transitioning into healthcare leadership. While overseeing multiple residential treatment centers and serving as CEO of an inpatient psychiatric hospital, George witnessed firsthand how ineffective rounding systems compromised patient care. Determined to find a better solution, he developed RoundRight to improve patient monitoring safety, efficiency, and accountability. Since joining RoundRight full-time in April 2022, he has been dedicated to transforming behavioral healthcare through technology-driven solutions.
